440 Elm Pricing Model

440 Elm offers a creative canvas where events are customized to best meet their vision and purpose. Please let us know of both your creative vision and what would make your event a success and we will work with you to host a memorable event. Please note that given our focus on personalization we do not have set packages. We do have a number of example menus and starting points to review.

Full-Facility Event Venue Rental.

We are holding dates for full-facility rentals up to 18 months out.

In general, rates vary by day of the week, season, time of day, and duration of rental. Some starting points for venue facility rentals:

• Mon- Thurs: $5000
• Friday & Sunday: $7500
• Saturday: $9000

The standard rental is up to 12 hours of access with up to 6 hours of event time. Please ask for details for full-day events.

We do have an exclusive caterer and food minimums (absolute and per person) for events where food will be provided. Please ask about relevant details.

In addition to the base price, we will need to have site management and potentially valet or security present to look after the property and we will need to collect a refundable damage deposit. The event and all vendors will need to provide relevant liability insurance policies and sign off on house rules (please ask for details).

Partial Facility Event Venue Rental

During our pre-sale process, we are holding dates for partial facility rentals up to 4 months out.

We are able to rent our Parlor for smaller events. Please ask about F&B minimums (absolute and per person) with our exclusive catering.

In general, rates vary by day of the week:

• M-Thurs: $1500
• Friday & Sunday: $3000
• Saturday: $5000

The standard rental is 7 hours of access with 2 hours of setup time, up to 4 hours of event time, and an hour for cleanup. Load-in and load-out times and locations may be limited by requirements for other scheduled events.

We do have an exclusive caterer and food minimums (absolute and per person) for events where food will be provided. Please ask about relevant details.

Filming Venue Rental

Furniture/ Rentals

We do have a house set of tables and chairs that are available for use. Please ask about any relevant details. There will be a setup fee for all ceremonies utilizing our folding chairs.

We do have a limited house set of china, silver, and glassware that can be utilized with our catering services for smaller/ more casual events. Please ask for details.
