440 Elm is a corporate event venue with an elegant ambiance that lets guests know that this day will not be an ordinary one. It's not every day that most people enter a 110 year old historic landmark with 30' ceilings. As a host for top-tier corporate functions, we provide innovative and luxurious culinary service combined with a supportive infrastructure for creative events.

Our in-house custom catering team enables the flexibility to utilize the space for offsite F&B experiences beyond the capabilities of most restaurant or hotels. Our combination of event spaces covering 20K sq ft allow for a private F&B experience for guest counts ranging from 50 to 1000!

Our Approach to Hosting Corporate Events

We have a flexible venue that lends itself to corporate events with mid-size groups (50 - 1000) utilizing our various spaces. Our mission is to foster meaningful human connection via memorable experiences, so you will feel the benefits of a warm team and well-designed event flows meant to put people at ease.

Our different spaces spread across the property allow for different installations and a feeling of flow. The our downtown Long Beach location is close to the convention center and all the hotel and entertainment infrastructure you would expect in a busy downtown events center.
