440 Elm is located near the Long Beach Convention Center, which allows us to take advantage of the Convention infrastructure in Long Beach while providing either a standalone space for conventions and meetings or premium space adjacent to the Convention Center for sponsored offsites and other related meetings that take advantage of the concentration of association members in the area.
