440 Elm offers a historic landmark 23K sq ft building with many diverse spaces and looks to shoot. Located within the studio zone in downtown Long Beach, 440 Elm adds a breathtaking space to the many convenient locations available for filming in the nearby vicinity.
440 Elm is noted both for a distinctive Renaissance Revival facade that has been in a Super Bowl commercial (Got Milk? 2017 w/ the Rock). Inside it now offers one of the largest ballrooms in Southern California.
Built in 1913 by master architect Elmer Grey, 440 Elm offers a number of elegant foyers and rooms that would represent a high end historic location for an elegant locale or party:
