440 Elm offers a space that can hold up to 1100 people on the grounds with a large ballroom and similarly sized outdoor plaza and garden. Your team will be greeted with a hospitable team, great food and drink, and whatever exciting installations or entertainment your team wants to bring to the party! We love putting together larger groups that want to have a program in a single large room or want a more distributed strolling experience with multiple installations and places to connect with each other. We have enough space to provide options for people who want to bring the energy on the dance floor and the others who want to chill out and have deep conversations without yelling. Our hospitality first approach means that we aim to greet everyone quickly with food and beverage options, provide clear signage and communication to ensure that they know what they can do, and ensure that everyone attending feels welcome and cared for.
