440 Elm gives you the space and tools to create an amazing experience for a birthday party! With 20K sq ft of event space and multiple rooms in a private facility, this is a facility that makes it clear that this party will not be ordinary.

Our Approach to Large Birthday Parties

Since we're a larger space (20K sq ft), our focus for birthday parties is large, grand events of 125 or more people. Think music, dancing, bands, experiential elements, with a good time had by all. These type of birthday parties are generally the milestone birthdays where you dress everyone up and go a little bit overboard!

• Coming of Age Birthdays: Bar/ Bar Mitzvah, Quinceañera, Sweet 16, 18, 21
• Milestone Adult Birthdays (generally every 5): 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 100+

Since these birthdays are often grand and involve planners, dancing, large invite lists, etc we can book them well in advance as a full-facility rental

Our Approach to Smaller Birthday Parties

We welcome smaller birthday parties as well - the minimums for our venue generally push them to be more of a short-window booking (3-6 months out rather than 1 year+). Since we only host one event at a time in the facility, most of our small birthday party clients will wait until the minimums for the venue come down and we can rent one of our smaller spaces independently. Please ask for details!
